These Terms govern your use of KaaSawa (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use KaaSawa.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KaaSawa.
You can use KaaSawa as a guest or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Guest accounts exist only on the session you create them in until you save them with Google.
You own the photos and information you add to KaaSawa. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — including creating compressed copies, generating shareable images, and sending a low-resolution copy to our AI provider to categorise items (see the Privacy Policy).
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
KaaSawa uses automated AI to suggest categories for your clothes. These suggestions are provided "as is", may be inaccurate, and you can always correct them yourself. The AI feature may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable.
We aim to keep KaaSawa available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaaSawa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Please keep your own copies of important photos.
You can stop using KaaSawa and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of KaaSawa means you accept the updated Terms.
